RULES of the "Drive a dream convertible for 1 weekend!" contest :

From April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010

This contest is run by SG WEB MEDIA inc. and will take place in Canada. The contest ends on June 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). Winner will be announced on July 1, 2010.

Anyone can participate for free to the "Drive a dream convertible for 1 weekend!" contest by registering for free at the CarPassion.ca Community, add at least one owner's review of an eligible vehicle and ticking the box provided for that purpose. Each member is entitled to one entry during the contest period.
Entries must be made by the website www.carpassion.ca (or its French counterpart EnVoiture.ca) before Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 23:59.
A random draw will be conducted in the offices of SG WEB MEDIA inc. in Boucherville (Qc) Thursday, July 1, 2010 from all eligible participants.
Although online access and an e-mail account are required in order to create an account in CarPassion.ca Community and participate, no purchase is required in order to enter the Contest.

The contest is open to all individuals who reside in the provinces and territories of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entering the contest.
Employees of SG WEB MEDIA inc, as well as members of the immediate family (such as their father, mother, brothers, sisters or children) of such employees, their legal or common-law spouses or any persons with whom such employees reside are not eligible to enter the contest.

There is one (1) Grand prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) weekend rental of one of these convertibles, the winner's choice : BMW Z4, Porsche Boxster or Mercedes-Benz SLK 350. The value of grand prize varies depending on the selected car and city location. The value of the rent for 1 weekend varies between $560 and $925. The place where the car will be made available and will have to be returned at the end of the rental period is within the Greater Montreal or the Greater Toronto, by place of residence of the winner. These cars are not to be driven on a circuit, at anytime. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside of them, even the convertibles. Insurance is not included.
The grand prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable.
SG WEB MEDIA inc will contact the winner by email during the week following the draw.

To be declared the Winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, as requested by law.

The validity of any Entry is subject to verification by SG WEB MEDIA inc. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

The winner will be posted on this website in "Contest" section.
Name/Image of Winners: By entering the contest, the winner authorizes the SG WEB MEDIA inc. to broadcast, publish and otherwise use his or her name, photograph, image, statements regarding the Contest or any prize and place of residence.
