The GT is a sports supercar produced by Ford starting in the summer of 2004 (as a 2005 model car).  It was only commercialized for 2 years.  A total of 4038 units were built (of which 200 were allocated to the Canadian market).  The Ford GT was inspired by the GT40 produced in the 1960s.
