The RL is the flagship of the Acura models.  Its offers its passengers a lot of comfort and its standard equipment is very comprehensive, unlike its competitors which make most of these features optional.  The very first RL was launched in 1996 and took over for the Legend, of which it is somewhat an extension.  The RL benefits from the legendary reliability of the Acura/Honda products.
