The sites EnVoiture.ca and CarPassion.ca can be accessed by both consumers who wish to remain anonymous and by customers who wish to register. In either case, the customer agrees to not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit for a commercial purpose any and all information contained in the site (text, pictures, videos, etc) or any right to this Service without the expressed authorization of SG WEB MEDIA inc.

When you visit the sites EnVoiture.ca and CarPassion.ca anonymously (that is without identifying yourself) :

1. You will have access to essential parts of the editorial content and to comments posted by subscribers to the site but you will be unable to interact with subscribers, to participate in contests, to receive online messages or emails sent by the editorial team or the subscribers. Additionally, you will not be able to create a personal profile (owners’ place), to contact subscribers, to comment on the content of the sites, to participate in contests or to add to the content of the sites (texts, pictures, videos, etc.).
2. You agree to be exposed to advertising and you agree that cookies that may be generated on your computer in order to tailor the advertising presented to you. The information generated by these cookies relate to your surfing practices as an anonymous web user and cannot be used to identify you personally.
   

When you visit and use the sites CarPassion.ca and EnVoiture.ca as a subscriber to their online Community :

1. You gain access to the entire editorial content and the comments generated by other subscribers excluding private messages exchanged between subscribers and excluding personal information of other subscribers.
2. You may interact with other subscribers by sending them private messages or commenting on their evaluation as owners. You may participate in CarPassion.ca contests reserved for subscribers and you have access to Bulletin CarPassion.ca sent by email as well as promotional emails sent by CarPassion.ca and/or its partners, if you so choose.
3. You may add texts, pictures and videos to the sites CarPassion.ca and EnVoiture.ca, as long as the content of them is not offensive, illegal, obscene or judged irrelevant to the content of the sites CarPassion.ca and EnVoiture.ca.
4. You accept to give accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out the subscription agreement to the Community, and you accept to maintain and regularly update this information in order to keep it accurate and complete. SG WEB MEDIA inc. reserves the right to cancel your account or remove part or all of the content you have added to the site if there are reasons to doubt the authenticity of the information you submitted to subscribe and the right to do this without notice.
5. You agree to be exposed to advertising and to have cookies generated on your computer in order to tailor the advertising that is sent to you. This information generated by these cookies relate to your surfing practices as an anonymous user and cannot be used to identify you personally.
6. You agree that certain information about you can be used to establish typical profiles of owners of the brands, models and generations presented on the sites CarPassion.ca and EnVoiture.ca, information which is only used for statistical purposes and cannot be used to recognize you as an individual.

If at the time you subscribe, you agree to receive promotional offers from CarPassion.ca and/or EnVoiture.ca or their partners, you agree to receive up to 2 promotional emails monthly from SG WEB MEDIA inc. or their partners. You can cancel reception of these emails at any time, by modifying your user profile while still remaining a member of the Community.
8. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and of your password, as well as for all actions taken on your account with or without your password. You agree to immediately notify SG WEB MEDIA inc. (see page Contact us) of any unauthorized utilization of your account and/or your password, and/or any security breach. You agree to log off from the site after each session. SG WEB MEDIA inc. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a lapse in the obligations listed in the current paragraph.
9. You realize that all information, data, texts, pictures, images, videos, message or others or any other material (below referred to collectively as “Content”), whether they are openly published or privately transmitted, are strictly within the sole responsibility of the person issuing that Content. Only you, and not SG WEB MEDIA inc., are entirely responsible for the Content you post, transmit, send by electronic mail (referred to as \”email”) or transmit by any other manner through CarPassion.ca and/or EnVoiture.ca. SG WEB MEDIA inc. does not control the transmission of Content and therefore, does not guarantee the opportunity, integrity or quality of the Content nor whether or not this Content is lawful. You are also aware that the Content may contain parts that are offensive or insulting. Under no circumstance shall SG WEB MEDIA inc. be held liable for the Content, notably of the illegal nature of Content with regards to current regulation, for error or omission in any Content, or for any loss or damage following the utilization of any posted Content, sent by email or by any other manner within the Service. You are solely responsible for your own conduct in using this Service; you must use the Service properly and in good faith, by displaying a cooperative spirit and adhering to the appropriate rules of conduct.
10. You understand that SG WEB MEDIA inc. cannot preview the Content before posting it. SG WEB MEDIA inc. holds the safety and privacy of its users in high regards and accordingly, uses great care in maintaining the security of the information collected.
